I'm delighted to be part of this year's festival of art run by our artist cooperative, North Norfolk Studios, with over 170 artists throwing open the doors to their studios, workshops and gardens.

Notable Works

Some of Marfleet’s notable sculptures include:

• Ploughshare Sculptures: Unveiled in 2023 at St Nicholas Church in North Walsham, these two sculptures depict the history of North Walsham, with one piece focusing on the town’s early history and the other on its development over the past 200 years.

• Surreal Creatures: Berni's sculptures often feature fantastical creatures, such as insects and birds, crafted from scrap metal and designed to move in the wind or respond to indoor environments.

• North Norfolk Studios Open Studios: Marfleet participated in this annual event, which took place from May 28 to June 5, 2022, allowing visitors to explore his workshop and studio.
